You've heard all about this fantastic event - you have had chance to study the rules and Arenas of combat, now it is time to make your choices.

All completed booking forms must be sent by post with the required payment to the address below.

For insurance reasons we cannot take standard bookings after the 12th March 2010, nor can we accept entries "on the gate". However, if you believe your booking form has been lost in the post or you would like us to consider your circumstances, please do not hesitate to get in touch; we are all (mostly) human.
Children under the age of 12 attend for free. For other age limits and guidelines, please see our Event section
Players must all bring their own camping equipment. There are toilets and showers on site, and a caterer and tavern will be around all weekend. Traders must bring their own tents, stalls or tables to trade from; LARP Aid cannot provide any equipment or shelter for these purposes.
